We proudly offer a 100% Guarantee on the quality of our products. If during the first 3 months of your order you are not happy with your order, we will gladly reprint them for free.
It is very rare for us to have quality issues after we have dispatched a product, therefore if there is an issue, you may be asked to return the product to us for inspection in the interest of our own quality control process development. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to Paper Limited and its brands.
As this is a personalised product, we are understandably unable to offer a refund if you change your mind or from a typing error you may have made.
Orders placed using this website are produced once the School or Kindy your child attends finalises the entire order. This means on occasion orders can take 4-8 weeks to be delivered to the School, depending on when you pay for your order and when the School wants orders to come out. The orders will be sent directly to the School for distribution.
